Under the Tree: Circles of Trust and Support
Come circle with us on Saturday, February 20th, 2021
From 4:30 pm to 6 pm at Camerghone Park, Grand Anse
co-hosted and facilitated by founder of NokukaiTribe2011, Natural Mutesi and Maureen St.Clair, co-founder of
The Grenada Listening Project.
Under the Tree is a healing support circle for those of us struggling with addictions and or those of us who are living with or grew up in families where substance abuse was part of our childhood and/or is part of our present day.
The overall intention of Under the Tree is to provide opportunities for folks to tend to unhealed wounds through sharing, speaking, listening, and witnessing one another within beloved community.
During our circles, we will:
- Share, exchange, and listen to personal experiences and stories
- Learn and practice deep embodied compassionate listening skills
- Support one another through the building and nurturing of a beloved community

Challenging times calls for new ways of being in the world. Conflict is an inevitable part of being human and compassionate listening a powerful path to deepen our understanding of the conflicts we are in, enabling us to move forward with compassionate action. Come journey with us as we find new and healthier ways of being in relationship with ourselves, others and even our opponents. The world is calling us to put down our arms and find ways back to ourselves, each other and the very earth we breathe.
